Human beings are known to act very poorly at generating random numbers. The brain is a very complex structure. When we are asked to generate a random number, we first think about which is the most random choice we can make from the set of options we are given. In the process of thinking the best choice, we loose any assumed randomness. Young children are believed to be better random generators than adults, as they are less influenced on how to make the best choice and then assumed to act more freely. Although we are no experts on the debate of neuroscience on free will, we are fascinated by the possibility of contributing to it.
We aim at creating a huge database containing random numbers generated from people all around the World. Then, using this data correlated to some extra information we hope to find some useful information in possible further studies of human behavior. For instance, do you generate worst randomness when you're tired? Are women more random than men? Are grandsons more randomnes than grandparents?

Proud as we are, we human beings seem not easily ready to accept we are not (or are fundamentally not capable of being) good at something. Give it a try!
